- We accept any unworn, unwashed shirts with original tags within 5 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
- We’ll alter your new custom garment within 10 days of it being delivered to you. Your older garments also get alterations for life. If you’ve been wearing your shirt for a while, and they need some gentle care (a missing button or a minor size adjustments), we’ll take care of it.
- Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
- Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
- Exchanges, and remakes are all subject to stock and fabric availability.
- Refund requests will be processed within 3 days after receiving the return products.
